The association was registered on 16.6.2010 after many years cooperation of its members . This group of education, human resources and pedagogy specialists, combining a fascination with the possibilities of communication technologies, especially social networking. This is where we see tremendous scope for completely new dimension to learning communities. Form of civic associations, we selected for openness, informality and dynamism of this type of institution.
